ME?  I've endured the ups and downs of this industry for many years...sometimes, I feel too many. Since 1994, rates have been at highs of 8.875% and their lowest in mid-2011 at around 3.80% for a 30-year fixed. It's difficult, sometimes, as new rules continue to pound us every day now. Making it more challenging is that I raise 3 children full time, by myself, and we reside in Dublin, where I've lived since 1994.  Emily, Michael, and Sophia - truly a handful.  Somehow, I find a way to juggle the day-to-day and mold them into good people. I think the Lord helps carry me through at times. They are the reason I work hard for the next line of important people: my clients.  You'll find that I send emails at all hours of the day or night, as well as weekend because my time with them is important, too.
