Hello, I'm Pete Loeb; that's me with my children in the picture above.  Actually, I'm just like you: father, coach, homeowner, working day-to-day to make it all happen.  I, too, care about results and service, so that's why I work with the goal of treating each family and loan like it were my own.  See, it's more than just interest rate; for over 15 years, I've consulted borrowers of every persuasion.  From the individual purchase or the investor to the family needing to refinance or maybe buy a second home in Florida, mortgage financing and consultation is my expertise.  Whether a first time buyer or a seasoned owner, this industry changes constantly and having a person with the knowledge is extremely important.  After all, a bad piece of advice could mean the wrong loan or higher payments.  Above all, one must have faith in their consultant, trust their advice, see that their experience will lead them in the right direction, and the integrity is what remains.  I promise these traits for every person referred to me.  See, my family depends on MY job, just like your family leans on you for their best home decisions.  A confident decision makes for less stress, so doing my best for your family is my guarantee...for you and them.
